A Lake Minnetonka estate once owned by the Pillsbury family is up for auction.

The 13-acre property, dubbed Southways, features a 40,000-square-foot mansion, as well as a pool, tennis complex, tea house, garage, smoking house and other amenities.

The property was on the market for an asking price of about $50 million, but failed to sell, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Sheldon Good & Co., based in Chicago, is handling the auction.

John and Eleanor Pillsbury were the property’s first owners. The mansion was built in 1918 and the estate was sold to the current owners in the 1990s.

Bids will be accepted for the entire property, or for two or more acres, Sheldon Good said in a press statement.

The auction is expected to wrap up Dec. 9.
